Darrell "Dee" Lynn Burchell

Darrell "Dee" Lynn Burchell of Knoxville, Tn passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 12:20AM. He was born on May 30, 1964. He is preceded in death by mother, Christine Sue Cole; Father, Maynard Floyd Burchell; stepfather, Ronald Eugene Cole Sr.; little brother, Kevin Eugene Burchell and life partner, Josh Rayburn.

Dee is survived by his step stepmother, Harriet Burchell; his siblings, Robert Floyd Burchell, Lisa Annette Baker, Sandi Duncan, Ron Cole Jr., Willie Mae Harris, Jimmy Burchell and Genia Lawson. As well as many nieces and nephews, Ernie, Robbie, Lexi, Maleinna, Edessa, Jason, Gracie, Kayla Michelle, Charity, Tiffany, Little Ronnie III, baby Kristy and Jonathan. Plus, several great nieces, nephews, and extended family as well, who meant so much to him. His cousins Sherry, Sheila, and the late Joy Michelle held a special place in his heart always.

 Family and friends were deeply important and precious to Dee. Words could never explain the love he held in his heart for everyone. He was the kindest most loving and funniest person anyone could meet. He lived a great life and was able to impact more lives and influence the younger generation of our family simply with his humbleness and grace. Dee was always willing to go the extra mile for his friends and loved ones. We will forever miss his eccentric & unique personality. Dee was a wonderful person and everyone loved him & for so many different reasons. Darrell was a spectacular individual who will be forever deeply missed.
