Danny Lynn Hobby

Danny Lynn Hobby, age 64, passed away September 13, 2018. He was a Missionary Baptist, who loved the Lord and was strong in his faith. Danny owned and operated his own auto body repair business for more than 40 years. He loved the outdoors, especially hiking and the beach. Danny enjoyed woodworking and tinkering. Left to cherish his memory are children Jeffrey Hobby, Kandis Atkins, Derick Hobby (Jessica), Joshua Hobby (Toni), Kendall Ricker (Devan), Wesley Hobby, Daniel Hobby (Rebeckah), and Kendra Hobby; grandchildren Chasity Gillam, Courtney Hobby, Caylee Hobby, Grace Hobby, Caleb Hobby, Katelynn Hobby, Nathaniel Hobby, Brookelynn Hobby, Zakary Miniard, Ali Miniard, Jacob Ricker, Johnathan Ricker, Gabriel Hobby, Samuel Hobby, Ryan Hobby, Kolton Epperson and Elijah Epperson; parents Donald Hobby and Georgia Surrett; several brothers and sisters; wife, Lynn Phillips; many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 5:00-7:00PM Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with funeral service to follow, Daniel Hobby officiating. Interment services are private.
