Daniel Lee Johlin

Danny Lee "D" Johlin, Jr, age 33 of Powell, Tennessee passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2021 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Danny was employed by Complete Plumbing. Preceded in death by his father Daniel Lee Johlin Sr. in 2018, brother Leamon Byron Vincent in 2020 and grandparents Fred and Norma Johlin. Survivors include his son Dominick Johlin, mother Sheila Johlin, brother Jeff Atkins, grandmother Carol Cole, fiance' Lisa Tucker, mother of his child, Martina Somogyi, special uncles Tommy Bright and Eddie Long, along with several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Danny loved football. The New Orleans Saints was his favorite team. He was a hard worker and a wonderful dad. He loved fast cars, guns, movies, seeing new places, swimming, anything outdoors but most of all spending time with his family. He was a loving son who checked on his mother every day and the 4th of July was his favorite time of the year. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 11, 2021 from 5-7 pm in the Fountain City Chapel of Mynatt Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 pm.
