Crystal Elane Cummings

Crystal Elane Cummings, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend to many, unexpectedly passed away on Friday May 26th. 

Crystal is survived by her mother Sheila Cummings, her father Harlan Cummings, her son Cody Cummings and daughter-in-law Nicole, her son Cory Cummings and her daughter-in-law Becca, her grandchildren Jason and Everett, and her partner Derrek Meres. It is with a bittersweet conviction that we rejoice in angels carrying her away to be accompanied by all of her loved ones that have gone before her. 

Crystal carried a loyal heart, a heart that loved from its core, unapologetically. She possessed a wonderful spirit of laughter and fortitude in spite of any diagnosis given to her, and throughout her life collected many crystalline figures and figurines that brought her so much joy as she displayed them. Crystal had such a beautiful stubbornness and a headstrong willpower, that when combined you could see how truly resilient of a person she was. Crystal was always one of the strongest people that you could have encountered. 

Crystal will receive a private service encompassing a few out of the numerous amount of people that loved and cared for her. Her final place of rest will be in a family lot with other loved ones, at Lebanon Baptist Church cemetery in Talbott, TN. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you provide prayers throughout the healing process, and that God continues to shed His light in the midst of this process.
