Connie Lou Lowery

Connie Lou Lowery, went to be with the Lord on January 22, 2014. She was of the Baptist faith. Her children describe her as “the best mother and best person you’ll ever meet.” She was preceded in death by her parents Joe & Edith Morgan and her sister Carol Morgan. Survivors include her husband Jimmie Lowery, son Jimmy and friend April Sledd and her son Colby Wayne, and Kevin and wife Canice, grandchildren Dalton, Brien & Kayla Lowery, best friend Kathy Taylor, sister Linda Mills and her children Danny and Janet, special niece Amanda Jo Lowery, as well as several other relatives and loved ones. Funeral service will be 8 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Friends and family will meet at 1:15 pm Saturday at the funeral home and proceed to Highland Memorial Cemetery for a 2 pm interment service. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
