Clifford B. May

Clifford B. May, age 89, went to be with his heavenly Father on February 14, 2016. He was a loving husband and father. He never met a stranger; he was a loving soul. Preceded in death by wife of 60 years, Eva May; father and mother, Oscar and Elizabeth May; brothers, Raymond, Floyd and Elmer; sisters, Clara, Mabel, and Emma; and son-in-law, Seaborn Waggoner. He is survived by children, Sandra Waggoner, Donnie May, Roy and Susan May, Vickie and Mark Gayle, Angie and Kent Burkhart; grandchildren, Lora Atkins, Kandi Simpson, Travis May, Kimberly Gayle and Ryan Burkhart; great grandchildren, Timothy Atkins, Sarah Munsey, Bradley Atkins, Kelsea, Dylan and Holton Simpson, Aubreyana May; great-great grandchild, Brinnley Munsey. Serving as pallbearers are Timothy Atkins, Bradley Atkins, Travis May, Ryan Burkhart, Kent Burkhart, and Roy May. Family and friends will meet 2:45PM Tuesday at Fort Sumter Community Cemetery for 3PM graveside service.
