Claudia D. Robinson

Claudia D. Robinson, was an attorney, worked in public relations, and was an adventurer. She was born on January 23, 1952 and passed away June 30, 2013. She was a world traveler with her husband, Rick. She served as Director of Communications for Covance. She received her Juris Doctorate of Law from Rutgers University, graduated Summa Cum Laude from MTSU with a B.A. in journalism. Preceded in death by parents Claude A. Payne Sr. and Mary Jane Mount Payne. Survived by husband, Rick Robinson, brother and sister-in-law Claude A. Payne Jr. and Gloria Payne, sister and brother-in-law, Karen Payne Gibson and David Gibson, sister-in-law, Janice Ratcliff, nieces and spouses, Jennifer and Paul Finch, Jill and Chris Clark, Amanda and Ryan Vaden, Laura and T.J. Smith, and Christy Robinson, nephews, David Jonah Gibson and, Patrick and wife Brooke Robinson, several great nieces and nephews. Celebration of life will be 10:30am Saturday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel, Rev. Andy Ferguson officiating. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8pm Friday Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
