Clarence "Denny" Hickey

Clarence “Denny” Hickey, age 83, born October 18, 1933, passed away July 4, 2017. He loved hunting and fishing. He retired from Triple C Distributing after many years of service. Clarence was a member of Beaver Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was a veteran of the US Army and proudly served his country. Preceded in death by son, Scott Hickey; parents, Virgil and Velma Hickey; brothers, Russell, Donnie and Joe Hickey. Left to cherish his memory are wife, Ruth Hickey; daughters, Pam Rickels and husband, Gary, Kim Davis and husband, Terry; grandchildren, Stephanie Haynesworth, Amanda Davis, Ben Davis, Staci Gaines, Alex Gaines and Jennifer Melton; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Wanda English; brother, Hoyle Hickey; special friends Wayne Conner and Jerry Neely. The family wishes to thank the nurses and caregivers at NHC Ft. Sanders and Caris Hospice. A special thank you to granddaughter Amanda Davis for her loving care over the years.
