Christopher Lee Rosenbaum, age 32 of Knoxville, passed away on September 3, 2022. Chris accepted Christ as his Savior at a young age. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, listening to music, and was always up for an adventure. He could always bring a smile to your face. One thing you always knew about Chris, he was the same every single day. More than anything, he loved his "Bird" (Momma), "Pops" (Dad), family and friends, and that never wavered. He will be loved, missed, and never forgotten. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Jimmie Barnes; and his grandparents, Wayne and Jewell Rosenbaum. He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Patsy Rosenbaum; son, Tyson Babelay; grandmother, Rose Barnes Sherlin; siblings, Melinda (Jeremy) Raley, Jimmie (Ashley) Rosenbaum, and Jennifer Rosenbaum (Jason Hogue); nieces, Carley, Kayley, and Ella; and nephews, Nathan, Aiden, and Noah; and Special Uncle and Aunt Danny and Drama Barnes. The family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel on Friday, September 9, 2022, from 5:00pm-7:00pm. A 7:00pm service will follow, with Rev. Phillip Hayes officiating and Jeremy Raley to perform the music. Friends and family will then meet at Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 2:45pm for a 3:00pm graveside service. Tyson Babelay, Nathaniel Rosenbaum, Jeremy Raley, Cameron Wilder, Matthew Johnson, and Kevin Kitts will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral expenses. Condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
