Christopher Brown

Christopher “Chris” Brown, age 54 of Powell, passed away April 15, 2022. He was a member of First Baptist Powell and a graduate of Halls High School. Chris worked for the State of Tennessee for 24 years. He loved music and enjoyed playing guitar. He will be remembered as a loving son and uncle. Preceded in death by grandparents Charles and Kathleen Wilson and cousin Josh Greene. Survived by mother Sandra (Charlie) Armstrong, father Ronnie Brown, step-brothers Mike and Tommy Armstrong, step-sisters Yvonne Ballard and Jodi Armstrong, several aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Family will receive friends 12:30pm-1:30pm Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with service to follow at 1:30pm.
