Charlie Ray Hemphill, age 64 of Knoxville, passed away September 16, 2021. He was a 2 time cancer survivor. Preceded in death by mother and father Cecil and Dicie Hemphill, father-in-law and mother-in-law Edward and Marie Conner, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and his brother-in-law. He leaves behind his loving wife Joyce Hemphill, sons Steven (Amy) Hemphill, Timothy (Holly) Hemphill, grandchildren: Tyler, Faith, Elijah, Landon, Noah, Madison, sisters Sue Green and Bobbie Conner, and special friend Crystal Holmes.
