Charles Luther Elbell age 80 of Knoxville passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Member of the Methodist Faith. He loved his family and giving to others. He was the owner of NuLook Painting Company. Preceded in death by parents; Luther and Charity Elbell. Sister; Carol “Sue” Cox. Brother; Marlyn Elbell and son; Rickey Luther Elbell who died on March 4, 2019. Survivors; daughter, Sherry James. Son; Chuck (Pam) Elbell. Grandsons; Joshua James, Jacob, Benjamin and Luke Elbell. Brother; R. D. Elbell, nephew John Bozeman. Family and friends will meet 1:15 p.m. Monday, September 23, 2019 at Little Flat Creek Cemetery for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service with Chuck Elbell Eulogist.
