Charles Dean Murray

Charles Dean Murray, Sr. - age 56, of Knoxville passed away on Wednesday April 13, 2016. He was a cancer survivor, a loving father, brother and grandfather. Preceded in death by parents Albert and Gladys Murray; brothers Albert William Murray and Marvin Ray Murray. Survived by sons Charles Murray, Jr. and Robert Hankins; daughters Angela Murray and Fallon (Melvin) Farmer; brothers Bobby Ray (Dolly) Murray and Elvis Murray; sisters Betty Ann (Earl) McMinn and Betty Jo Ward; 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and special brother-in-law Patrick Carmichael. The family will receive friends 1:00-3:00pm, Sunday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow at 3:00pm, with Rev. James Duncan officiating. There will be a private family burial.
