Chamnab Ou Poeung

Poeung, Chamnab Ou-age 33 of Knoxville, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, July 23. She was a Christian and attended Central Baptist Church of Fountain City. She was born November 21, 1979 in Kampong Cham, Cambodia. Chamnab was a graduate from College in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She married Borath Poeung (May 10, 2001), and came to the United States December 15, 2001. Chamnab was a loving wife, daughter, and mother, who was very proud of her children. Survivors: husband, Borath Poeung, children Ryan, Jessica, and Rylee Poeung, mother Sarim Ou. Celebration of Life Services will be at Central Baptist Church of Fountain City on Saturday, July 27 at 4 PM with Rev. Ronald Mouser and Dr. Mike Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the scholarship fund for her children. The donations are being collected by Central Baptist Church, 5364 North Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37918 Family will receive friends following service until 7 PM.
