Cayley Rae Needham

Cayley Rae Needham, age 34 of Knoxville passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021. She was employed by McAlister's Deli as a server. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Alan Needham. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Tia and Johnny Long; sister Mia Strong; aunts and uncles: Shirley Sear, Jesse Long and Carol Morrisey along with several cousins and a multitude of friends. Cayley was a loving, caring and a wonderfully loyal friend and daughter. She never said one disrespectful word to her family her entire life, and never forgot any kindness that anyone showed her. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.
