Carole B. Gorman

Carole B. Gorman, age 61, of Powell died peacefully at home on Sunday, September 15, 2024. She faithfully followed and trusted Jesus Christ through each day of her life. Carole was a devoted wife of 38 years. She was a patient and loving mother. She was a fun loving “YaYa”. She was a devoted teacher at Powell Elementary and was a faithful member at First Baptist Church of Powell.

 Carole is preceded in death by her father, William D. Brewer. She is survived by husband, Randy Gorman; children, Christopher (Jordan) Gorman, Sarah Gorman and Jill (Jared) Brogan; mother, Celia Brewer; brothers, Steve (Elisa) Brewer and David (Lynda) Brewer; grandchildren, Blakely, Lakyn, Wyatt and soon to be grandson, Brody. She is survived by many more family members and friends.

 The family will receive friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at First Baptist Church of Powell with a funeral service to follow, officiated by Allan Taylor and Tim McGhee. Family and friends will meet up at 10:45am on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at Highland Memorial Cemetery for an 11:00am interment. Online condolences may be left at mynattfh.com
