Carol Chitwood Young

Carol Chitwood Young, age 72, of Oliver Springs passed away May 6, 2016. Carol retired from Food City. Preceded in death by husband William Dean Young; parents Woodrow and Alsa Chitwood; sister and brother-in-law Bill and Joyce Carpenter. Survived by son Ronnie Ryan and wife Debbie; daughter Sharon Kay Ryan; sisters Dorothy, Judy, Alice, Nadine, Cathy and Sheila; brother Harold; grandchildren Katie and Chad Jones and Sierra Ryan. Family and friends will meet 10:45am, Tuesday, at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Oliver Springs for interment at 11:00am, with Rev. Jody Darden officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00-6:30pm, Monday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
