Carl Edward Mccoy

Carl Edward McCoy II, age 44 of Knoxville, passed away peacefully in his sleep Sunday evening, December 22, 2013. He was the beloved son of Carl and Janice McCoy. Preceded in death by his father, Carl McCoy. He is survived by his mother, Janice McCoy; sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Ashley Cunningham; and niece, Clover Louise Cunningham. Carl loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and flatwater kayaking. He was an outstanding person with a tender and generous heart. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who have given support, compassion and love throughout this most difficult time. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with memorial service to follow at 8:00 pm.
