Carl Steve DeBusk

Carl “Charlie” Steve DeBusk, age 64, of Knoxville passed away February 8, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Sandra DeBusk; daughters, Jammie (JR) and Christy (Joey); son, Carl Jr, grandkids, Tabitha, Brittany (Edward), Joseph (Kendra), Devin, Dameon, Haley, Savannah, Grayson; great grandson, Ray Ray, beloved dog, Lady; sisters, Kim (Chris), Loretta (Paul) Leyva, Sue Coker (Denis); brother, Jimbo DeBusk (Danielle); plenty of nieces and nephews; special friends, Benny Curl, Zac Curl, Woody Woodson (Dianne), Larry Westscott, Genell (Larry), Beverly, Mary Jane Lawson (Terry), Jimmy Gaylon and many more friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Lloyd DeBusk; mother, Carolyn DeBusk Gorman; son, Christopher David Ward; brother, Robbie DeBusk; special uncle, James Eugene Woods (Seal Beans). Pallbearers will be Joey Breeden, Joseph Breeden, Carl DeBusk JR, Devin Bastien, JR Bastien, Edward Smith, Dameon DeBusk and Lady leading the way.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 5:00pm-7:00pm with a 7:00pm service to follow at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. Friends and family will meet at New Loyston Cemetery at 10:45am Thursday, February 13, 2025 for an 11:00am graveside service.
