Buford H. Welch

Buford H. Welch, age 92 of Halls Crossroads, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March, 30, 2023. He was of the Christian faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Corum Welch; parents, Reed and Mamie Welch; grandchildren, Tawana, Robbie, and Amanda; and siblings, Vonnie Stanifer and Ulyess Welch.

He is survived by his children, Ronnie (Norma) Welch, Teresa (Michael) Beason, Jerry (Tiffany Smith) Welch, Robin (Tony) Stephens, Bobby (Sharon) Lord, and Debbie (David) Creswell; grandchildren, Melissa (Rick) Thompson, Kim (Michael) Bradshaw, Matthew (Brittany) Beason, Melanie (Ruben) Massengill, Brittney (Matt) Thomas, Kari (Brennan) Brown, Stacey (James) Phillips, Kayla (Timmy) Carr, and Tiffany (Michael) McMurray-Collins; siblings, Roberta Bruner, Mattie Coppock, Virginia Welch Raley, and Carl Welch; a host of great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm-2:00pm on Monday, April 3, 2023, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, with a 2:00pm service to follow, Pastor Bryan Wheble officiating. Family and friends will then go in procession to Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery for a graveside service.
