Brenda & Wayne Carmichael

Brenda Faye Carmichael, age 75 of Knoxville, passed away December 1, 2021. She was a member of Parkwest Church. She was known to many as Ms. Brenda, who owned Sportswear and More for many years. She was beloved by cheerleaders and cloggers Knoxville. Brenda loved to sing karaoke and laugh as much as possible. She will be remembered as a loving, hardworking, and outgoing woman. Preceded in death by husband Wayne Carmichael. Survived by sons Eddie (Debbie Byrd) and Kelly Carmichael, granddaughter Mandy Carmichael (Matt) Dernovshek, sister Lisa James  (George) Seeto, brothers Larry and Wayne (Kathy) James, sisters-in-law Linda (Richard) Johnson and Sandra (Johnny) Vandergriff. Due to Covid-19, services were not held for Wayne Carmichael in 2020. A memorial service for both Wayne and Brenda will be held at 7:00pm Monday, December 13, 2021, at Parkwest Church, with receiving of friends from 5:00 to 7:00pm.
