Brenda Lou Baker

Brenda Lou Presley Baker, age 74 of Knoxville, passed away at home surrounded by friends and family on Sunday, October 9, 2022. She was born in Union County on August 27, 1948. She was a lifelong member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Brenda devoted her life to caring for her family. Brenda was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Baker, her son Duane Baker, parents, Troy and Fannie Presley, and her sister Ann Flatford. She is survived by daughters Tammy Radcliff and Pam (Eric) Brantley. She was loved by her many grandchildren, sister, Marilyn Easterday, brothers, Earl Presley, Ron (Kim) Presley and Ben (Barbara) Presley, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel followed by a 7:00 p.m. funeral service Rev. David Cloud officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:15 a.m. Friday, October 14, 2022, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City to leave in procession for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service at Fort Sumter Cemetery Rev Gary Neely officiating.
