Bobby E. Ramsey

Bobby E. Ramsey, age 77 of Powell, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on October 14, 2021. He was a member of Valley View Baptist Church and had retired from Food City after 47 years of service. Preceded in death by his father and mother, Fred and Bertha Cloud, and biological father Noah Ramsey; daughters: Deborah Lynn and Teresa Leanne Ramsey. Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years Mary L. Ramsey, son Chris E. Ramsey and wife Ramona of Powell; Scott F. Ramsey and wife Kristi of Halls; granddaughter Victoria T. Mann and husband Chris, step-grandsons Caleb and Kevin Walker, great-granddaughter Everleigh Grace Mann, brother Leonard Ramsey, sister Deborah Hayes of Tazewell; sister-in-law Deloris Seals, nieces: Deanna, Amanda, Leanne, Lily and Haley; nephews: Brian, Russell, Mike and Mark, along with many special friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel with a funeral service following at 7:00 pm with Rev. Jared Shumate, officiating. Family and friends will gather by 10:45 am on Friday, October 22, 2021 in Woodhaven Cemetery for a 11:00 am graveside service.
