Bobbie June Roberts Widner, age 82 of Knoxville, woke up in heaven April 25, 2017 on her mother’s birthday. She worked at St. Mary’s Hospital for 15 years in the ICU lounge and information desk. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved to take care of her family especially her grandchildren. She was a member of Union Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years Sherman Widner, parents; Louie & Hattie Roberts, sister; Eddie McMillan, brothers; Tom, Jay, and Ralph Roberts, son-in-law; Sammy Williams. She is survived by; daughters Tama (Clay) Young and Kim Shular (Ronnie Taylor), loving brothers; Frank & John Roberts grandsons; Brent (Amy) Williams, Bobby (Jacqueline) Williams, as well as, Storm Shular (Logan Rooney), Chance Shular (Morgan Reiners), and their father Barry Shular; great-granddaughter Shelby Reece Williams; future great-grandchildren Lilah June & Baby Boy Williams; several other special nieces, nephews, and friends. Services will be held 7:00p.m. Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, with Rev. Charlie Lynch and Jeremiah Baker officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45a.m. Monday at Union Cemetery on Washington Pike for an 11:00a.m. interment with grandsons serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends 5:00p.m.-7:00p.m. Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Please leave online condolences at www.mynattfh.com.
