Blake Edward Switow, age 19, of Knoxville passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017. Blake was an old soul who loved spending time with his grandparents, touring old homes and visiting battleships. He valued his education and loved to study history and politics. Blake enjoyed playing soccer, running cross-country, singing with his middle school choir, riding bikes, and playing video games. Blake will always be remembered for his artful sense of humor and playful banter with his friends. Preceded in death by Walter the Prosperous Kitty.
Survivors include parents John and Kathy Switow; grandparents Jim and Linda Dunn, Ken and Mary Quire; aunts and uncles Holly Switow, Kevin Quire, Sam Dunn, Brenda Julian, and Mary June Ashley; cousins Ben, Isaiah, Jacob, Elijah, Gillian, and Spencer; loyal friends Hayden, Kaitlin, and Emma; and beloved dog, Coco.
