Billy Joe Wayman, Sr.

Billy Joe Wayman, Sr. age 60, of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 26, 2024. He attended E. Avenue House of Prayer Church. He was a proud employee of Homestead, and admired his employers Steve and Brenda. In his spare time when he wasn’t with family you could find Billy whittling wood. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and JoAnn Wayman, grandson, Jayden brothers, Bobby and Charles, and sisters: Gail, Susie and Brenda. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Rutherford, daughters, Pandora (Mike) and Sharon, sons, Dewayne and Billy Jr. (Kimberly), grandchildren: Thomas, Kaley, Morgan, Joshua, Christopher, Austin, Lucas, Makayla (Cristy), Makenzie (Cristy), Jaleigh and Mayson; great grandson, Joel, brother, Horace, nephew, Quentin (Bre), great nephews, Jayden and William, and father-in-law, Eddie. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to his daughter, Pandora at $PMcoppock via cash app.
