Billy Ray Roach

Billy Ray Roach Jr. 46 of Strawberry Plains went fishing with Jesus on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Billy was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him…he already is. Billy is preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, Billy Ray Sr. and Diana Phyllis Humphrey; a son, Austin Ray Roach and brother Ronnie Roach. Billy is survived by his loving wife Amanada, a son, Nathan, daughter Barbara; brother, Gary Roach; sisters, Anita (Bob) Barger, Rita (Tim) Littleton, Tina Maples, Misty Brooks and special friend, John Turner. Additional survivors include 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Thursday, 7 pm at The Mynatt Funeral Home in Fountain City, 2829 Rennoc Road, 865-688-2331 with The Rev. Joe Dancing Bear and Rev. Charley Reynolds officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5-7 at Mynatt’s. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his wife Amanda.
