Billy Jack Turner, age 87, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022.
He was a member of Central Church of God, and a member of Masonic Loge #433.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Carolyn Cabage Turner; great granddaughters, Reagan and Sydney Riehl; brother, Calvin Lee Turner; sister, Bobbie Keck.
He is survived by his two daughters, Carol Lynn Rudolph (Jeff), Jacqueline Denise Benshoof (Perry); grandchildren, Blake Bivens (Christina), Heather Shultz (Dustin), Brett Bivens (Ashley), Justin Benshoof, Haleigh Riehl (Mark), Courtney Clough (Lindsey), Taylor Canup (Kyle); great grandchildren, Andrew, Joshua, Emalee, Turner, Bella, Xander, Finnley, Parker, Max, Barrett; brother, Larry Joe Turner (Judie); several other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The family would like to express a special thank you to UT Hospice Chaplains and Nurses, the staff and caregivers of American House Memory Care, and the other nurses and caregivers that took such good care of Billy Jack during this time.
Family and friends will meet on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel at 6:45pm for a 7:00pm Celebration of Life Service officiated by Rev. Jack Dean and Rev. John Unthank.
In Lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to Alzheimer’s Association in Billy Jack’s honor.
