Billy Franklin O'Shell

Billy Franklin O’Shell, age 89 of Morristown passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Billy proudly served and retired from the Air Force. Preceded in death by his wife, Lois Ann O’Shell; parents, Leonard and Mary O’Shell; father and mother-in-law, Earl and Dorothy Stone; siblings, Leonard O’Shell Jr., Dean O’Shell, Wilma Shoup, and Fonnie Coker. He will be greatly missed by his daughters, Kimberly O’Shell Muth and Sherry Lynn O’Shell; grandchildren, Tony Blake (Crystal) and Dustin Sinard (Kasey); great-grandchildren, Peyton and Hannah Blake; siblings, Shirley Snyder, Joyce Thompson (Robert), Doris Taylor (Jerry). Family and friends will gather on Monday, March 7th at 1:45 pm for a 2:00 pm inurnment officiated by Dr. Jerry Taylor at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery-John Sevier.
