Billy Clabough Sauls, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. He was a Minister of the Gospel and member of Christian Fellowship Center for more than 20 years. He loved going to church, spending time with his family, and UT Football.
Preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Sauls; stepdad, Lawrence Rutledge; brother, James Rutledge.
Survived by wife, Mary Sauls; children, Belinda Sauls Foster and husband Randy (his “buddy”), Billy Sauls, Paul Sauls and girlfriend, Alicia; stepson, Greg Lawson and wife Charaty; grandchildren, Nathan Miller, Noah Foster, Brent Sauls, Brandon Sauls, Jonah Sauls; step grandchildren, Kara, Brandon, Jenna; very close sister, Carolyn Soward; sister, Faye Sauls; brother, Eddie Ray Rutledge; close cousin, Linda “Darlene” Coppinger; a host of nieces, nephews, and a very close church family.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 11:00am until time of funeral service at 1:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Lee Lawson, Andy Lawson, Mark Covington and Justin Lowery officiating. Following the service, friends and family will go in procession to Woodhaven Cemetery in Claxton for a graveside service.
