BillieAnn Neloms Cloud, age 48, passed away May 2, 2018. She is preceded in death by father Billy Neloms, sister Pamela Parsons, grandparents, as well as several aunts and uncles. She is survived by husband David Cloud, son Dustin Cloud, mother Elizabeth Neloms, and sister Kim (Randy) Lambert. She is of the Baptist faith. The family will receive friends 5-7pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City. Family and friends will meet Thursday at Bookwalter Cemetery by 10:45am for an 11am graveside service, pastor Clarence Lynch officiating.
