Bill R. Carpenter

Bill R. Carpenter, age 82, passed away October 11, 2013. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by wife Evelyn J. Carpenter, sister Ruth Godfrey, and brothers James, Reece, Jack, Frank, and John Carpenter. Survivors include daughter Brenda Keaton and husband William, son Dennis Carpenter and wife Debbie, grandson Bud Blake and wife Stacy, and five great-grandchildren. Service 7 pm Sunday, Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City, Rev. Jerry Vittatoe officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:15am Monday and proceed to Little Flat Creek Cemetery for interment service at 11am. Family will receive friends 5 to 7 pm Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
