Betty Johnson

Betty “Sue” Johnson, age 70 of Knoxville, passed away April 26, 2022. She was an avid Vols fan, who enjoyed fishing, gardening, and listening to music while dancing. Sue was a God-fearing woman. She became a mother to everyone she met and was greatly loved. Preceded in death by parents William and Doris Sharp, brother Ronnie, and sister Connie. Survived by children Jamie (Mark) Spickard, Melissa (Jason) Landis, and Cynthia (Josh) Rochat, grandchildren Heather (Tabor) Dugger, Amber Gaylon, Brittany Claiborne, Corey (Brianna) Landis, Sean Landis, Jordan Landis, Lyra Rochat, and Vega Rochat, great-grandchildren Chloe, Wyatt, Oaklie, Mason, Addisyn, Harrison, Aubreigh, Conner, and Finnley, brothers Jim, Billy and Gary, sisters Bobbie and Vivian. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Friday, April 29, 2022, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet 9:45am Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Seven Islands Cemetery for a 10:00am graveside service, Rev. Bill Scott officiating.
