Beth Erin Scates

Beth Erin Scates, age 37, passed away suddenly June 30, 2017. She graduated from Halls High School in 1996. She loved to watch movies and enjoyed swimming. Her smile could light up a room and warm a heart. Preceded in death by father Wayne Scates. She is survived by sons Tyler Scates, of Johnson City, Tucker Scates, of Halls, and Tres Scates; daughter Tatum Carter of Knoxville; mother Debbie Scates of Halls; brother Nathan Scates, of Powell; special friend Joseph Carter. Family will receive friends Saturday July 8, 2017 from 1:00p.m.-3:00p.m. service to follow at 3:00p.m. Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
