Bernard E. Hewitt

Bernard E. Hewitt, 81, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, August 30, 2013. He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. He retired from Post & Company. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Beulah Hewitt; sister, LaVada Stooksberry and brother, Eldred Hewitt. Survived by wife, Dianna Hewitt; son, Gregory Hewitt and wife Karen; grandchildren, Alexis and Paige Hewitt; sister, Mary Ann Mynatt and Charles Hewitt Jr.. Family and friends will meet 11am Wednesday at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside service, Rev. Larry Hewitt officiating. Family will receive friends 7-9pm Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
