Barbara Sue Evars Ridenour

Barbara Sue Evars Ridenour, age 69, of Knoxville, Tennessee, went to be with The Lord September 23, 2017. She was a graduate of Fulton High School and was a devoted member of Texas Valley Baptist Church. Barbara was an amazing baker and loved Elvis. Barbara was preceded in death by: mother Mary Etta Evars (Nanny), loving husband of 38 years Homer Ridenour, and daughter Annetta Evars. She is survived by: son John Ridenour; grandchildren Alisha Ridenour, Tatum Ridenour, Jason Ridenour, and Miranda Spangler; Several nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren; lifelong friend Ruth Milsap; and beloved dog Abby. The family will receive friends Tuesday September 26 from 5:00-7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with a service to follow, Pastor Bill McCarter officiating. Family and friends will meet by 1:45pm Wednesday for a 2:00pm interment at Texas Valley Baptist Church Cemetery 7100 Texas Valley Road Knoxville, Tennessee 37938.
