Barbara Lynn Jones

Barbara Lynn (Yarnell) Jones age 77 of Fountain City passed away peacefully Thursday, April 7, 2022 surrounded by her family. Member of Clear Springs Baptist Church, Corryton and the His Light My Path Sunday School Class. She liked tole painting and refurbishing furniture. She loved to spoil her grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Louis Glenn Jones. Parents; George and Naomi Yarnell. Survivors include children; Darren (Kim) Jones, Angela (Bradford) Long, Christopher Jones, Daughter-in-law; Rhonda Jones. Grandchildren; Jarod, Jacob, Matthew, and Emmaline. The family will receive friends 4:30pm-6:00pm Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Clear Springs Baptist Church, Corryton followed by a Celebration of Life service 6:00pm with Rev. Justin Pratt and Rev. Jerry Vittatoe officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials be made to Clear Springs Baptist church, 7350 Tazewell Pike, Corryton, TN 37721.
