Barbara Jean Moore

Barbara Jean Moore, age 83 of Powell, Tennessee, "Jean" as her family and friends called her went home to her Heavenly Father on Thursday night November 24, 2022, surrounded by her children. Jean was a lifetime member of Bells Campground Baptist Church where she loved and served her Lord and Savior. Jean is survived by her husband of 64 years, Clarence Moore; Daughter, Mary Ann (John) Bayless, Daughter, Sandy (Mike) Slaton; Son, Eddie (Cissy) Moore; Grandchildren, Joshua (Sara Beth Shelton) Bayless, Krista (Derek) Steeves, Tracy (Mark) Thurston, Michael (Kristin) Slaton, Ruby (Jared) Pinkham, Bailey and Cooper Salsgiver; Great Grandchildren, Bailey and Clay Steeves; Witten, Levi and Caris Slaton; Ryan Elliott, Olivia and Emily Thurston; Brothers, Ed (Gladys) Clifton; Jimmy (Sadie) Clifton, along with several nephews and nieces. Family and friends may call at their convenience at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel between the hours of 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, November 28, 2022, to pay their respects. Family and friends will meet 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Bells Campground Baptist Church Cemetery for a graveside service with Pastor Keith Tillman officiating.
