Barbara Garrett Watson

Barbara Garrett Watson, age 88, passed away June 23, 2016. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, Herbert Watson; and parents, Elmer & Ethel Garrett; brothers, Sherman Garrett, Rev. Oscar Garrett and E. C. Garrett; sister, Edith Livingston and several nieces and nephews. She is survived by her son, Dennis Watson and wife, Margaret; granddaughter, Kelly Watson Jones and husband, Mike; two great grandchildren, Micah and Isaiah Jones. Funeral Service will be 7pm Monday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with Dr. Damon Patterson officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 am Tuesday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for a 10am interment. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends 5-7pm Monday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
