Barbara Carol Spradlen

Barbara Carol Spradlen, age 68, of Powell, passed away on July 8, 2018. She was preceded in death by father, Andrew M. Vanover and mother, Betty Ann Galloway; special great aunt, Bessie L. Galloway Johnson and her husband, Harrison "Hat" Johnson Jr., and their daughter Helen Jean Johnson York. She is survived by her husband, Robert C. Spradlen; son, Hans Kristofer Lambert "Kris"; daughter, Courtney Adair Cuevas (Joey); grandchildren, Lexie and MaKenna Lambert, Cassen, Colten, Cruz and Calloway Jackson-Garrison, Jayden and Jordan Cuevas; siblings, Andy Vanover, Rocky A Blevins, Paul Edward Rutherford Jr., Tonya Dee Rakes and Lisa Dawn Bowen; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm, Friday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with memorial service to follow at 7:00pm, with Rev. Adam Holland officiating.
