Barbara Jean Beasley

It is with heavy heart I announce the passing of my mother, BARBARA JEAN (NALL) BEASLEY of Powell, Tennessee at age of 81 years (Psalms 90:10). She was born December 9, 1943, in Louisville, Kentucky and went to meet our LORD on January 24, 2025. She died peacefully at home with her son attending to her listening to A cappella Christian Hymns. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years WILLIAM V. (BILL) BEASLEY. She is survived by her three children W. VAN BEASLEY II of Powell, Tennessee; R. TITUS BEASLEY of Tucson, Arizona and his wife Denise; and THADDEUS M. BEASLEY of San Antonio, Texas and his wife Raquel; her grandchildren AMBER, KYLE and CJ, and her 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 sisters and 2 brothers as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In accordance with Mom’s wishes, there will be no memorial service at this time as she doesn’t “want people sitting around crying over” her. We will have a graveside service when her ashes will be reunited with Dad’s remains at a future date, yet to be determined, at Resthaven Cemetery in Louisville, KY. Please, do not cry for us, do not call or send flowers or cards, and please do not feel sad for us as we know our beloved Mother has been reunited with Dad and all the saints in Abraham’s bosom waiting the final judgement day.
