Barbara Ann Cockrum

Barbara Ann Judge Cockrum, age 82, passed over to her Heavenly Home April 23, 2013. She was born in Franklin County, TN April 9, 1931. She was preceded in death by husband Rev. Dudley Cockrum, daughter Sandra Tidwell and son David Cockrum. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Dan and Ginger Cockrum, grandchildren Farah Tidwell Miles (Ben), Alice Cockrum, Brandon Tidwell, Eli Cockrum (Heather), and Cody Cockrum, great-grandchildren Aidan and Cole Brown, Alexa Miles, and Blair Cockrum. She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church and the family requests donations be made to Broadway’s Building Fund in lieu of flowers. The family would like to thank the caregivers and workers on the main floor of Beverly Park Place. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery for graveside services at 11 am with Rev. Tim Turley officiating. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City.
