Arvetta Kay Burkhalter-Jones, age 70 of Knoxville, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. She is preceded in death by beloved husband, Ronald Jones; parents, Elbert and Gladys Baldridge; brothers, Harold Baldridge, Edward Baldridge, and Richard Baldridge; sisters, Louella Johnson, Thelma First, Jean Hicks, Linda Grimm, Kathleen Baldridge, and Christine Welch; and grandchild Madylinne Tipsword. She is survived by loving children, Yvette Tipsword, Paula Hall, Travis Burkhalter, and Brian Burkhalter; grandchildren, Brent, Dylan, Jessica Burkhalter, Craig Wrather, Sammy Scott, Adam, David, and Keith Tipsword, Bodie and Brian Burkhalter, Elay, Amelia, and Jackson, and Jacob Hellard; great-grandchildren, Henry Jones, Rylee Burkhalter, Aiden Wrather, Lily, Kinley, Nevaeh, and Nova Burkhalter. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Friday, April 29, 2022, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet 10:45am Saturday, April 30, 2022, at New Loyston Memorial Gardens for a 11:00am graveside service, officiated by Rev. Larry Brannon.
