Arthur F. Payne

Arthur F. Payne Jr. (Ottie), age 72, passed away November 17, 2017. He was an Army Veteran, and a truck driver for the majority of his life. People knew him as a good man with a big heart. Preceded in death by son Arthur Lynn Payne; parents Edith and Arthur Payne Sr; brother Charles Tony Payne; sister Linda Faye Graves. Survived by children Rhonda Hardwick (Jimmy), Regina Nance (Ronald), Ottie Payne III (Angela); grandchildren Tyler Bates (Hali), Sierra Hucklebee, Heather Hardwick, and Terry Hardwick; great-grandchildren Zaydyn and Keelyn Bates, Chelsea, Rachael, Nathan, and Katelynn Cole; sister Brenda Akin; special friends Veeta and Michael Sharp, Stephen Bates, Barbara Jean Nance, and caregiver Joetta Colbert; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel, with service to follow at 8:00p.m., Pastor Brandon Dunford officiating.
