Anna Pauline Tallent

Anna Pauline Tallent age 89, of Powell, departed this physical world on Sunday, September 22, 2024, to be with her Heavenly Father and many friends and family. She was born on January 27, 1935, to the late O.F. and Carrie Norman. She was a dedicated wife and devoted mother and grandmother who will be missed by many. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Tallent, siblings, Bob Norman and Loretta McQuiston, and daughters-in-law, Deborha and Susan Tallent. She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Ralph Tallent, sons, Chester and Robert Tallent, grandsons: James, Adam (Jessica), and Steven; great granddaughters, Calli and Haley (daughters of Adam and Jessica), great grandsons, Gage, Gavin and Lucas (sons of Steven), and sister-in-law, Dottie Baker. A special thanks to Jim Tallent who was by her side in the final few months and helped make her comfortable as possible. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 5:00pm -7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel, immediately followed by a 7:00 pm funeral service. Family and friends will meet Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 10:45am at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service officiated by Rev. Melvin Meyers.
