Anna Faye Griffin

Anna Faye Griffin, age 81 of Knoxville, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021. She loved the Senior Program at the Wesley House. Her family was her number 1 priority. She is preceded in death by her parents; Roy and Hester Rutledge, three brothers, husband; Eddie Griffin Sr., son; Eddie “Butch” Griffin, and 3 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children; Sharon Earl, JoAnn (Darrell) Young, Betty (Mark) Davis, Juanita (Jimmy) Miller, Mary (Ronnie) Tolison, Linda (Fred) Duffey, Charles (Johnnie) Griffin, Roy Griffin, Brenda Griffin, Eddie (Angie) Griffin Jr., sister; Mary Sasse, brother; John (Janice) Rutledge, 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel, followed by a 7:00pm service with Rev. Joe Harris and Rev. Jacob Brooks officiating. Friends and family will then meet at 10:00am on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel to leave in procession for an 11:00am graveside service at New Gray Cemetery.
