Andra De Longmire

Andra De Longmire, age 79 of Powell, TN, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Faithful member of Lyons Creek Baptist Church Strawberry Plains. Floral designer, Sunday School teacher, and loving grandmother. She had a heart for serving others and welcomed everyone into her home. She always said, “My home belongs to the Lord, to serve others.” She was preceded in death by beloved parents, Cleon and Ethel Jackson; Stepbrother, Bud Jackson; and brother, Andrew Jackson. She is survived by loving husband of 55 years Glen Longmire; daughters, Nickie and Kimmie Longmire; granddaughters, Rebekah (Andrew) Smith, Kaitlyn (Nick) Stinnett, and Addyson Strunk; sister Anita (Athel) Peacock; and stepsister, Sue Baldwin. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Sunday, September 10, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel, with funeral service to follow at 7:00pm, officiated by Rev. Donnie Woods.
