Amanda Gayle Rush Fox, age 35 of Knoxville, passed away December 27, 2019.
She was a loving and caring wife, daughter, mother, sister and friend. Amanda
loved and lived life to the fullest. She loved to cook her own recipes, spaghetti and
dulce de leche. She would give someone the shirt off of her back. Amanda
wanted to start her own program for troubled youth in Detroit, Michigan and in
Knoxville, Tennessee. Preceded in death by Papaw and Nanny Carney & Thelma
Julian; Nana Jo Linda Julian McRae; Niece/God-Daughter, Talia Rush. Survived
by Husband, Marquel “Polo” Fox; Mother, Denise Rush; Father, Glenn Rush;
Brothers, Dustin (Taryn)Rush, Joseph (Amanda)Rush; Children, Seth Spires,
Isaiah Rush and Madison Spurlock; Nephews, Gavin, Acelin and Elijah Rush;
many aunts, uncles and cousins; Special Friends Ashley Chandler and Derek
Hampton; Mother-in-law Leatrice Hampton; Father-in-law Mario Fox;
Grandparents-in-law Carolyn and Cliffton Hampton; Brother-in-law Martino Fox;
Sisters-in-law Kiara Leslie, Leah Leslie and Dajai Tatum; and family dog Little
Baby. Family will receive friends Sunday January 5, 2020 from 5-7 at Mynatt
Funeral Home Fountain City. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 on Monday
January 6, 2020 at Caledonia Cemetery for a 1:00 graveside service and interment.
