Alvis Hall Waggoner

Alvis Hall Waggoner, age 88 of Corryton, TN passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Sunday, January 16, 2022. Alvis was born to the late Alvis M. and Myrtle (Bailey) Waggoner. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Loretta (Beeler) Waggoner and four brothers and five sisters. Alvis is survived by his devoted daughter and son in law, Karen and John Walker; grandson, Thomas Walker; great-grandchildren, Raven and Benjamin Walker; sister, Faye Hickle. The family would like to give a very special thank you to Kim, SR Medical, Amedisys Hospice and Willow Ridge. Friends and family may call at their convenience 10:00am-5:00pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet at the main entrance to Greenwood Cemetery for a 1:00 PM Thursday graveside service.
