Alma Leona Holloway

Alma Leona Holloway, age 80, of Knoxville passed away peacefully December 18, 2014. She was a member of North Hill Presbyterian Church. She was a volunteer at St. Mary’s Hospital with over 3,000 hours of service. Alma was preceded in death by loving husband of 46 years Paul J.A. Holloway and brother William G. Tharp. Survivors include son Paul Samuel Holloway and wife Alisha, brother William “Billy” D. McCarter, step-sons Allen, Mike, and Scott Holloway, and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery at 12:45pm for graveside service starting at 1pm on Monday, Rev. Jim Duncan officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday 6pm-8pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City.
